EN Abstract
【】Objective: To observe the changes of bone thickness after bone regeneration guided (GBR)by the same period in the aesthetic area. Methods: In our hospital, maxillary anterior tooth implant and GBR increase bone mass forward in 37 cases of patients with missing teeth. Using the cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) were measured in all patients before, planting 1 (T1), planting stage II (T2), after primary repair (T3) and phase II (T4) restoration planting body at the root of the neck more than 1mm, 4mm, 7mm, 10mm, bone thickness at the site of 14mm and analysis its in different periods of the same position bone thickness change situation. Results: Postoperative planting area of alveolar bone wall thickness compared to preoperative increased significantly; T2 planting area LIP lateral bone wall thickness and T1 when compared to, in the S1, S2, S3, S4 sites were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). In T3 and T4 in each of the lip of the planting area lateral bone wall thickness compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Aesthetic cultivation period GBR can effectively increase the anterior edentulous patients alveolar bone and implantation decreases after cultivation of lip lateral bone wall thickness, while maintaining bone remodeling after the restoration of stability, to ensure its aesthetic effect.#$NL【Keywords】Aesthetic area; Implant surgery ; Guided bone regeneration; Bone mass
