EN Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of maxillary defect with adipose derived stem cells for ectopic bone repair. Methods: the rabbit model of maxillary defect, autologous adipose derived stem cells by ectopic bone repair, biopsy and imaging to observe the repair effect. Results: the biopsy results showed that experimental animal bone good vascularization, mature bone tissue structure. 2 months after reconstruction of the rectus, basically complete atrophy, metaplasia. Acrylic fixed bridge restoration success rate, good repair function 6 weeks after 97.9%., conventional submandibular CT scan and 3D reconstruction can be observed: the experiment. New bone defect animal is obvious, and the central edge had obvious new bone formation, 8 weeks after operation, the defect has been completely restored. Conclusion: rabbit maxillary defect model of large area application of adipose stem cells ectopic bone repair, no obvious rejection, is worthy of clinical application.
