EN Abstract
Objective: to analyze the characteristics of cells in vitro and in vitro to adipogenic and chondrogenic differentiation of adipose stem. Methods: collected the abdominal adipose tissue of rabbit, isolation and cultivation of adipose derived stem cells in vitro, and adipogenic cells and cartilage cells in vitro induced differentiation by oil red staining, 0 to prove the adipogenic differentiation, type II collagen immunohistochemical staining and Alcian Blue staining to demonstrate the chondrogenic differentiation of adipose derived stem cells. Results: the morphology of prismatic cells, stable heat generation, each generation of no difference between the shapes. Oil red 0 After staining found that adipose stem cells can form positive lipid droplets, showed that the adipogenic differentiation ability. The type II collagen immunohistochemical staining and Alcian Blue staining showed that adipose stem cells form type II collagen and sulfated proteoglycans, showed that the chondrogenic differentiation ability. Conclusion: adipose stem cells have adipogenic differentiation into chondrocytes, can become fat and the seed cells for cartilage tissue engineering.
