| 目的:探讨分析上颌骨大面积缺损应用脂肪干细胞异位成骨进行修复的临床效果。方法:建立兔上颌缺损模型,取自体脂肪干细胞进行异位成骨修复,活体检查及影像学检查观察修复效果。结果:活检结果显示,实验动物新生骨组织血管化良好,为成熟骨组织结构。重建术后2个月,腹直肌基本上完全萎缩,上皮化良好。丙烯酸固定桥修复成功,修复功能良好率为97.9%。术后6周,常规下颌CT扫描,并进行三维重建。可以观察到:实验动物新生骨量明显,缺损边缘及中央均有明显新骨生成,术后8周,缺损已经完全修复。结论:兔上颌骨大面积缺损模型应用脂肪干细胞异位成骨进行修复,无明显排斥现象,值得临床广泛推广。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of maxillary defect with adipose derived stem cells for ectopic bone repair. Methods: the rabbit model of maxillary defect, autologous adipose derived stem cells by ectopic bone repair, biopsy and imaging to observe the repair effect. Results: the biopsy results showed that experimental animal bone good vascularization, mature bone tissue structure. 2 months after reconstruction of the rectus, basically complete atrophy, metaplasia. Acrylic fixed bridge restoration success rate, good repair function 6 weeks after 97.9%., conventional submandibular CT scan and 3D reconstruction can be observed: the experiment. New bone defect animal is obvious, and the central edge had obvious new bone formation, 8 weeks after operation, the defect has been completely restored. Conclusion: rabbit maxillary defect model of large area application of adipose stem cells ectopic bone repair, no obvious rejection, is worthy of clinical application. |
